• When you download a firmware or software file, we collect your name and e-mail address as a minimum. For our more advanced software, we also collect your mailing address and telephone number. This allows us to contact you with important installation information, tips and tricks, follow-up information and support. You must accept these terms and conditions before downloading any firmware or software. A checkbox is provided on the download form to indicate acceptance.
• When you register an ATV^® product, we collect your name and e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, product model and product serial number.
• We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our web site.

How does ATV^® protect customer information?
When you fill out a registration form all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our web site does not use “cookies”.

Will ATV^® disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
