THREE-YEAR WARRANTY*: Advanced Technology Video, Inc.
(ATV) warrants its equipment for thirty-six months from
the date of purchase. The thirty-six month warranty
covers defects in materials and workmanship only. There
are no other warranties implied or otherwise. Equipment
failures due to improper installation, modification,
abuse, damage or acts of nature will not be covered by
the thirty-six month warranty. ATV’s authorized repair
center will evaluate equipment returned for repair to
determine warranty coverage.
*The following table lists the equipment eligibility
and any exclusion from the thirty-six month product
warranty.

ATV MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REMOVAL OR ALTERATION OF THE
SERIAL NUMBER WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.

The warranty on ATV® products may not be valid if the products have
been purchased from an unauthorized dealer/on-line E-tailer, or if
the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or replaced
in any way. Recently ATV® has become aware of instances in which such
serial number tampering has occurred.
ATV® sells products through authorized retail and on-line
channels to insure that consumers obtain quality pre-sale
and after-sale support and service.
Unauthorized dealers/on-line E-tailers and/or their
suppliers sometimes alter the serial numbers in an
effort to prevent manufacturers from tracing the supplier
source.
PROTECT YOUR WARRANTY. Buy from an authorized ATV®
dealer/E-tailer. Check the unit and its packaging to
determine whether the factory serial number may have
been altered.
